PIGMENT & PALATE introduced an intersection of art, wine and organic food creation. The evening offered guests a first look at a limited edition of silkscreen prints produced by artist and former chef, Jay Batlle and Gary Lichtenstein Editions. San Francisco-based Iconic Wine was on hand with a tasting of new Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio and Executive Chef, David Kirschner (Dine DK) presented a sampling of appetizers that he fashioned on site. Guests were delighted with their parting gifts: limited edition silkscreen coasters designed by Jay and printed by Gary.
